At the beginning of this semester, the new version of the chemical system started on-line trial operation, which realized the full life cycle management and service of chemicals from purchasing and using to waste liquid recovery. It also practiced the service concept of "less running errands between teachers and students, more data running" in the laboratory. Recently, the laboratory has organized five new editions of chemical system operation training in Xingqing, Qujiang and Yanta campuses, involving more than 400 teachers and students.

At the training meeting, the teacher in charge of the laboratory introduced the current school's disposal processes for chemicals, biological reagents and hazardous wastes. The technical engineer of the software company introduces the operation process of the system. In response to the questions raised by teachers and students, detailed answers were made in the laboratory. In order to better serve the teachers and students, the Laboratory Department has been communicating and discussing the system with the teachers and students through QQ groups and public numbers, and has collected their opinions and suggestions in the preliminary system trial so as to further improve and perfect the system.

During the construction and commissioning of the system, the network information center provides full technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
